New venture named General Dynamics Mission Systems International Middle East LLC
ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates — General Dynamics Canada Ltd., a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), and Bin Hilal Enterprises LLC, have formed a joint venture company named General Dynamics Mission Systems International Middle East LLC.
The new venture will be based in Abu Dhabi and is focused on building C4ISR capability and related technologies in the UAE through the successful transfer of knowledge and experience to support future opportunities within the UAE and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
The joint venture will have the ability to pull through capabilities and knowledge from General Dynamics Canada and General Dynamics UK Limited, and build on the success of Bin Hilal Enterprises within the region.Humaid S. The new joint venture will focus on opportunities that align with the core capabilities of General Dynamics Canada and its affiliates. As well as meeting the current needs of the UAE, the joint venture will support the transfer of knowledge and technology in alignment with the UAE's 2030 Vision.
