OTTAWA–General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada was awarded the Underwater Warfare Suite Upgrade (UWSU) contract to upgrade and maintain underwater sensors on the Halifax-class frigates for the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN).
General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada will showcase Canadian underwater acoustic solutions and technologies on offer for current and upcoming programs, including the Underwater Warfare Suite Upgrade that will upgrade and maintain underwater sensors installed on the modernized Halifax-class frigates, as well as airborne mission management capabilities developed for the Aurora maritime patrol aircraft and the Cyclone maritime helicopter program.
