Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic communications professional to share the stories that connect our people. A valued member of the international Strategic Communications and Marketing team supporting Canada and the UK, you will craft and deliver narratives and execute events to: align employees with organizational goals, enhance collaboration, build engagement, and create a culture of two-way communication.
- You are a storyteller. You create, edit, and distribute compelling content across multiple internal communication channels, ensuring accuracy and consistent messaging. You support the development and execution of a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with company goals, culture, and values.
- You can break it down. You can take complex concepts and narratives and pull out what matters to our colleagues across two continents. You can partner with senior leadership to convey key messages and updates to employees in an engaging and transparent manner. And you can get the tone just right.
- You are comfortable switching gears. You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting tight deadlines. You can support internal communications during times of crisis or organizational change, maintaining empathy and clarity.
- You love bringing people together. Whether it is virtually, hybrid, or in person, you can organize and execute corporate-wide events ensuring smooth execution. You can also expect to support the team with organizing external events such as tradeshows, conferences and community events.

- You want to be a big part of a small team. We are small, but mighty team. You are comfortable leaning in and collaborating to support a broad spectrum of marketing and communications projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in public relations, journalism, communications, or relevant field of study
- 2+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to craft clear and concise messages for a diverse employee audience
- Intermediate level or above French required
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside of the organization
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of and experience with modern digital software, applications and social platforms, analytics tools, and best practices
- We work flexibly, with a minimum two days a week in office. Due to the nature of our work, overtime will occasionally be required.
